Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Owner's Representative Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre campus. As a vital member of the owner's construction team, you will oversee active building, civil, and site-development packages within a large-scale, phased program. This role acts as a key liaison between the owner, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project accuracy, alignment, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a technically complex, mission-critical campus comprising multiple facilities and infrastructure packages delivered simultaneously. The role combines hands-on site oversight with management of RFIs, submittals, drawings, and other technical documentation, focusing on Buildings 14 to 18.

At our company, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where everyone's contributions are valued and encouraged.

Project Coordination & Document Control

  • Track RFIs and submittals from issuance through review, response, and close-out.
  • Manage drawing revisions, field bulletins, and related technical documentation.
  • Ensure general contractors work from accurate, current, and coordinated project information.
  • Maintain detailed logs of outstanding actions, responsible parties, and due dates.
  • Follow up with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth progress.

Construction & Site Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with general contractors, trade partners, design consultants, and owner-side project teams.
  • Support delivery of Buildings 14 to 18 and associated civil and site-development packages.
  • Identify construction risks, field constraints, and coordination issues early.
  • Drive timely resolution of assigned actions and project issues with clear documentation.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Monitor contractor performance, daily site progress, and construction sequencing.
  • Participate in project meetings, site walkthroughs, and multidisciplinary coordination reviews.
  • Provide concise progress, risk, and support updates to project leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven practical experience with civil and site infrastructure, including earthworks, mass grading, underground utilities, roadways, and multi-building campus development.

  • Proactive, dependable, and committed to driving actions to completion with accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset open to working with diverse teams in an inclusive environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and strong working relationships across varied stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
