Overview
Join a rapidly growing hyperscale development program as a Construction Manager, playing a pivotal owner-side leadership role in the multi-phase delivery of a large hyperscale campus. This campus, with an approximate capacity of 1.8GW, includes significant civil, structural, and infrastructure works, delivered under a powered shell delivery model. You will be embedded as a key on-site extension of the owner's delivery team, ensuring active construction alignment with program objectives while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Owner Representation
- Serve as the primary owner representative on-site during construction activities.
- Maintain a strong, influential presence across all active work areas.
- Facilitate coordination among owner stakeholders, contractors, and vendors ensuring seamless communication.
- Deliver real-time updates on construction progress, site conditions, and identify emerging risks.
- Support site logistics, manage escalation processes, and aid stakeholder collaboration.
Schedule Oversight
- Review and validate contractor schedules and monitor site progress.
- Compare field execution against planned milestones and support regular schedule reporting.
- Provide detailed and accurate feedback to leadership teams.
- Proactively identify and report risks, delays, and sequencing issues to minimize impact.
Safety Oversight
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all site activities.
- Ensure contractors operate in strict compliance with approved safety plans.
- Vigilantly observe construction zones, escalating unsafe conditions promptly.
- Support ongoing safety engagement for active construction areas.
Quality & Construction Coordination
- Monitor and uphold construction quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure testing and inspection activities are completed thoroughly and appropriately.
- Coordinate closely with contractor teams to resolve field issues and manage project interfaces.
- Assist in managing change awareness, scope coordination, and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management within large-scale or technically complex projects.
- Proven owner-side, General Contractor, or major program delivery experience.
- Strong competence in large-scale site execution within active construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and contractors.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and Primavera P6.
- Solid understanding of construction reporting processes.
- Knowledgeable in major utilities, electrical infrastructure, one-lines, switchgear terminology, and mission-critical systems.

Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Professional Engineer (PE) designation is beneficial but not mandatory.
