CMC are looking to build up our commercial team, and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across multiple HV projects, on a 12 month consulting basis.
- Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Outside IR35
- Predominately remote with occasional travel to Merseyside office
- Administering the contract on behalf of client with the Contractor and with any Subcontractor's
- Overseeing Project Budgets
- Managing and agreeing change
- Cost & Value Reporting & Forecasting
- Engaging Subcontractors
- Finalising client & Subcontract Accounts
- Risk profiling and intervention
- Supply Chain Onboarding
