We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team focusing on substation upgrades and reliability projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage substation upgrade projects ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering, field crews, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize project delivery and quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain high reliability standards.
• Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, promoting inclusive and respectful collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical substation upgrade and reliability projects.
• Strong understanding of substation equipment, design, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Indiana (Hybrid) environments and with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
• Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
