Quantity Surveyor

Location: Portsmouth (Site Based)
Contract: 12 Months
Start: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the client team on a major £350m infrastructure scheme in Portsmouth.

Requirements:

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects

• Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract experience is essential

• Previous client-side experience preferred

• Experience managing cost control, change management, valuations, and contractor accounts

• Ability to work closely with project stakeholders and delivery teams

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
