Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

Join our team as a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract management for major offshore wind projects. This key role oversees the full contract lifecycle, driving proactive management, strategic tendering, and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Manage contract lifecycle, including change management and claims resolution for large offshore wind projects.
  • Develop tender contract strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Communicate supply chain updates and market intelligence to highlight risks.
  • Support preparation and evaluation of PQQs, tenders, and proposals for FEED and EPCI packages (offshore/onshore export cables).
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal to handle commercial and compliance matters.
  • Lead contract management and claim negotiations, resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders for transparent communication.
  • Monitor contract variations and deliverables in line with provisions.
  • Ensure compliance by managing variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting and records.
  • Update key stakeholders and leadership on contract status.
  • Track Scope of Work and report variances promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or related fields.
  • 10+ years managing contracts for export cable packages in large offshore wind projects.
  • Proven experience with FEED and EPCI contracts for offshore/onshore export cables including Transport & Installation.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC yellow and silver contracts.
  • Experience in utilities/public sector tendering is a plus.
  • Skilled in financial analysis and budget reporting for large projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings.
