Senior Project Manager / Superintendent
Responsible for the safe and successful delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. Leading multidisciplinary teams, managing programme, cost, quality and risk, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements and business objectives. Experienced in managing subcontractors, stakeholder relationships, commercial performance and HSE compliance across complex construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
- Manage programme, budget, quality and risk performance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.
- Drive project performance and continuous improvement.
