A scoping call will let us define the exact needs analysis and agree the best solution for you.

We will then deliver a shortlist of five pre-vetted, qualified experts within 72 hours for review and discussion.

Selected experts will be deployed to site or programme within the agreed timelines, ensuring minimal risk and disruption.

Background checks, screening and SoW/PO finalisation will follow, usually taking under 3 weeks.

Once we've agreed, shared and signed all the relevant details we'll do everything we can to ensure our expert is ready to start delivering from day one. 

Site and system access will be requested early, along with NDA completion. And a kick-off and onboarding call will be facilitated with all parties. 

We will also schedule a face-to-face post-deployment review with both you and the expert, to get clear feedback and ensure everything is progressing smoothly.
