Job Title: QA/QC Supervisor (Electrical)

Overview
We are supporting the delivery of a 100MW utility-scale solar farm in County Meath and are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor with an electrical background to support quality activities on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) on site.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Carry out site inspections on electrical installations (cabling, inverters, panels, balance of plant).
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support close-out.
- Ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and site records.
- Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are understood and followed.
- Support snagging, punch listing, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a QA/QC, electrical, or site engineering role within construction or energy projects.
- Electrical background (trade or engineering).
- Some exposure to solar, renewables, utilities, or construction projects.
- Basic understanding of quality processes (ITPs, inspections, NCRs).
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work on a site-based team.
