Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Safety Manager to support the repowering a major wind repowering project in West Virginia.

You will be working closely with the Construction Site Manager, EPC and contractor safety teams, you will provide onsite safety leadership throughout the construction phase.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting daily site observations, inspections and audits,
• Supporting incident investigations
• Ensuring OSHA and contractual compliance
• Working with project teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.

Experience Required:

• Previous wind energy construction experience is essential
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience working in an onsite construction safety role
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
• Comfortable climbing wind turbine towers as required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with EPC and contractor teams

This is a 1-year contract opportunity with the project due to conclude at the end of 2027
