Project Manager NEC

The NEC Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NEC3/NEC4 contract requirements, particularly under Option C (Target Cost) arrangements. The role involves managing programme, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder interfaces throughout the project life cycle, from design and procurement through construction and handover.

Key responsibilities include administering NEC contractual processes such as early warnings, compensation events, programme acceptance, and risk reduction meetings; coordinating contractors, consultants, and client teams; monitoring project performance; and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering major heavy civil engineering projects, ideally within the water, wastewater, drainage, or wider infrastructure sectors.
