RDQ - Project Controller

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Controller / Scheduler to support the Project Manager in delivering effective planning, monitoring, and control of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Update the overall project schedule and progress report on a weekly basis, including consolidating status updates from the execution team. This includes revising the schedule in P6 to reforecast remaining activities and updating the S-curve for CQ execution
• Develop and manage the detailed schedule for the planned shutdown in December 2026. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all required activities within the shutdown window are captured. Work closely with different functions to define activity relationships (predecessors and successors), establish a baseline schedule when appropriate, and monitor all changes with impact assessments on critical paths to prevent execution issues
• Provide weekly reports to the Project Manager outlining project status, key risks, and forecasts for critical activities

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a scheduler or project controller in a large-scale project environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Capability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces simultaneously
