One of the benefits we received with CMC was with one SoW type contract with 3 individual engineers which was very helpful for us...in terms of simplicity in moving forward with swapping or adding engineers in the future. This is a massive benefit from a business continuity and... the whole reason why we decided to go with CMC – they were offering something slightly different....
It was a very quick process and definitely a good hit from the 3 profiles sent across. After having 3 technical discussions, I got the resource I needed and hopefully this will help the project succeed. It will hopefully contribute to completing the project on time. CMC handled the project well, was very quick to respond, both before and after the vacation period it was very responsive, even for things such as getting the information across to complete internal procedures.
You were very good and quick at finding people. I thought, how can they find those engineers and I cannot find them? Clearly you have a good network that finds the right people. I thought, how can we arrange the contracts…I quickly realised it is not complicated and a very simple process. I would recommend CMC.
