Natasha has over 25 years of cross-sector commercial and non-profit experience leading organisational engagement and transformation projects globally.
Before joining our Executive Board, Natasha worked closely with Amoria Bond for a number of years as strategic programmes advisor, helping develop and implement sustainable CSR, D&I and cultural engagement policies and initiatives.
In 2020, Natasha co-founded ASCEND – an internal networking-based programme designed to attract, retain and progress more females.
Natasha was appointed to the Board in 2021.
