Construction Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage site teams on solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with hands-on experience in overseeing EPC contractors and managing complex project schedules. Experience with LG battery technology is highly desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Site Teams

• Lead, motivate, and supervise multidisciplinary construction teams to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide coaching and continuous development opportunities to empower team members.

Managing EPC Contractors

• Coordinate and oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors to guarantee alignment of project objectives.
• Ensure clear communication channels between stakeholders and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and project requirements.

Overseeing Schedules

• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases.
• Identify potential delays, risks, and resource constraints, implementing corrective measures proactively.
• Collaborate with project management and other departments to optimize workflow and maintain alignment on deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically with site team leadership on solar and BESS projects.
• Familiarity with LG battery systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
