Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate mechanical and electronic components for advanced automated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality mechatronic solutions.
• Create detailed schematics, CAD models, and PCB layouts ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
• Continuously improve designs through iterative prototyping and feedback incorporation.
• Document design processes and technical specifications clearly and inclusively to support team understanding and future development.
• Participate actively in team meetings, promoting an inclusive culture where every voice is heard and valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electronic systems design, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and electronic design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, and embedded systems programming is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
