Job Description: RFQ - Project Controller

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Controller to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is integral to ensuring the successful financial and operational management of projects, particularly in asset management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and control project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate project scope with financial planning and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, ensuring accurate evaluations and vendor selections.
  • Support asset management activities through detailed monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
  • Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams, encouraging diversity of thought and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within projects and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within project controlling functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project controlling, financial analysis, and asset management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with RFQ processes and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
