CQV Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in IOPQ execution, protocol drafting, and have experience with process/utilities equipment. Experience in tech transfer or brownfield expansion is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Execute Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IOPQ) activities to ensure equipment and systems meet required standards.
• Draft and review qualification and validation protocols and reports with thoroughness and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process and utilities equipment qualification.
• Lead or support technology transfer projects, ensuring seamless communication and documentation.
• Contribute to brownfield expansion initiatives by assessing existing systems and integrating new processes.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment, encouraging diverse perspectives throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CQV activities including IOPQ execution.
• Strong skills in drafting qualification and validation protocols.
• Hands-on experience with process and utilities equipment.
• Experience with technology transfer projects or brownfield expansion preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Day-to-Day

• Conduct and document CQV activities ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams.
• Review and draft technical documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project meetings, contributing diverse ideas and insights.
• Troubleshoot qualification issues and recommend improvements.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry best practices and compliance standards.
