Reducing the carbon footprint of food delivery

One of the biggest challenges for the automotive industry’s net-zero goals is the need to upgrade commercial vehicles – which account for a significant amount of the UK’s automotive emissions.  

Coalesce Management Consulting partnered with a leading electric vehicle battery R&D centre in the UK, who are developing a fifth-generation battery management system as part of the manufacture of commercial vehicles.  

We’ve deployed several consultants to help support the successful completion of the project, with responsibilities across software / systems and electronics and design. On completion, the main market will be foot retail delivery – replacing these vehicles with electric LCV’s will be a big step towards reducing the carbon footprint of several companies across the UK.
