CMC Appoints Christen Roberts As Midwest Sales Director

CMC is delighted to announce the appointment of Christen Roberts to the role of Director in our US team. 

Christen joins us having developed an excellent background in working closely with customers to understand, develop and maximise their service level experience. She was also recently named one of SIA’s 40 under 40 Leaders in Staffing 2025 - a tremendous achievement that recognises the impact she’s made so far on the industry.

In leading CMC’s Midwest division, Christen will be bringing her own approach to benefit and enhance our own customer-centric model, which is already well received by our rapidly growing number of partners across America, resulting in 167% growth in the last year.

I joined CMC because of each of the individuals I met during my interview process. Everyone had such different personalities they brought to our discussion but the one element that remained constant with each of them was the fact that they are good humans. Additionally, I am grateful for the opportunity to represent CMC in the Midwest and grow the US footprint.  

My goal with the Midwest customers is to positively impact everyone I connect with. Whether it be a solution or just industry knowledge, my goal is to build partnerships off of trust. This is a new challenge for me but I feel I have a great support system at CMC to make it happen!"

Christen will be joining CMC from Monday 29th September.
